In this project I experimented with CLO3D since we using clothing as 3D garments.

It has been an incredible learning experience for both our team and me individually. As the project manager, I took on roles in graphic design, 3D design and development.

 

Throughout my role as a project manager, I gained valuable insights into effective leadership and the importance of maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere within the team. This was especially crucial as we collaborated with members from abroad, including Rotterdam. I made it a priority to provide my team with a daily log, ensuring that even on days they weren't directly involved, they could stay updated on any developments. Additionally, we held weekly meetings to discuss achievements and areas for improvement as a cohesive unit."
